Damaged Goods

This is based on a true story of a couple who back in the late 1980s were told that they were "damaged goods" and refused the chance to adopt children from the care system after they were told they could not biologically have children, ever. But this varies from the facts of my life in when they walk away from the adoption and end up having four children all of their own, miracle babies, in a way, who grow and become extremely effective members of society. It is a tale meant to show those who think they know what they are doing in the care system, that they in fact, know very little and are ultra judgemental in their attitudes to those who simply want to show love.
