How To Eliminate Stress And Anxiety
This book was inspired by my own experiences suffering for many years with anxiety and from panic attacks. Until I conquered my anxiety I didn't live a normal life but one that was adapted to my disorder. This short book is full of information that can help you understand what stresses you and reduce that stress so you too can live a normal life again. It is to the point and not filled with fluff to make it a larger book. I am sure if you suffer from stress, anxiety and panic attacks you will be able to relate to what I have written and it will clarify a few things in your mind and hopefully you can move on with your life or realize you need to seek professional advice. I hope I can change you life in even a small way. I personally have dealt with an anxiety disorder that was aggravated and brought on by excessive stress. This illness has debilitated me for years leaving me ill-equipped to deal with even the smallest problem. That is, until I figured out how to manage my stress and anxiety.
