In this book I will parallel the seven days of Creation, as they are described in Genesis, the seven Energy Centre or Awareness Centre, which are seven points in which the creative energy deposits its message in our body and the seven glands endocrines, that act as a bridge between our spiritual body and the physical body, through hormones. They are called endocrine because they put hormones, which are nothing more than neurotransmitters, directly into the blood and not into the lymphatic circuit. We will then see a perfect integrated system thanks to which, through a holistic vision, we better understand the laws that surround us in our universe.
