Watergate and "Deep Throat" Hoax

Dr. Roman Brackman takes a close look at the Watergate scandal that led to the Vietnam debacle and Yom Kippur War. He states upfront his major point: this scandal was a political hoax engineered by John Dean, who was projecting his guilt on other people, including President Nixon and providing Bob Woodward with “revelations” which Bob Woodward used to advance his career of an “investigative reporter" by peddling Dean's fraudulent story to his bosses at the Washington Post and masquerading Dean as a “deep, deep source” in the White House.
