18+ Content. Book One of the military space opera epic of personal growth, adventure and unexpected betrayals. Scarlet Graves' last mission ended in catastrophe. Her current mission isn't going much better. Someone high up in the chain of command is leaking information on their operations to enemy forces. The one person she has trusted her entire life is making out-of-character decisions. Something isn't right. She has to stay alive long enough to get the evidence she needs to prove who is selling out AEF troops. More problematic is keeping her high-profile 'assignment' from getting killed. Scarlet's simple babysitting mission puts her on the trail of a conspiracy against the Triad and her unknown opponent doesn't play fair. It's a good thing she regularly ignores the rules of engagement.
