The Colour of Crime presents a selection of true crime yarns that tell the story of the Aboriginal experience on Wadawurrung Country at the time of federation. From the story of Bonjon, and the sovereignty case that led to Marbo, to the stories about a 14 year old Gunaikurnai lad that the circus left behind, this book faithfully captures a deeply true and real account of life for Mob as the gold rush ended and modernity began.
