"Roy Rockwood" was the pseudonym of "Uncle Wiggly" creator Howard R. Garis. His "Great Marvels" series, of which this is one, was patently patterned on the successes of Jules Verne, Frank Reade and Tom Swift. Originally published in 1911. Frontispiece.
