Horizontal Daily Mileage Record Book

This Daily Mileage Record Book is designed for DoorDash drivers. Allowing for the recording of both mileage and earnings. The information, written on the pages, is designed to allows the DoorDash driver to write information over top of it. This log book is broken up into five separate multi-category columns. The first column allows for recording the day, date and vehicle used (If more than one vehicle is/has been used). The second column allows for the recording of Store or Location, trip type (Personal, Commuting, Business, Medical...etcetera), and City. The third column allows for the recording of Odometer Miles and Trip Miles. The forth column allows for the recording of the income from each dash: Base Pay, Peak Pay, Tip Pay, Other Pay, Cash Tip and Total Pay.
