Through my Eyes

“This is a place of dreams, a place of words, a place where nymphs play in the moonlight” is how I started out my introduction when I began writing up scribbled words from my teens in 2003. What this really is, is a journey of a manic depressive before she knew what that was. This book has been bought to be used as a tool in therapy sessions with self harming teenagers to illustrate that things do get better.
