He knew what it was. It was blackmail. That was the problem, it was blackmail and he had no way out of it. Desperate enough to do whatever it takes to pass the final exam, Robbie took the plunge and stole the test papers. He didn’t tell anyone – it was the perfect plan. At least until the papers fell from his notebook where it was inserted, in front of the person he hated the most – the nerd Jack. Robbie was a bully but when he saw the smile cross Jack’s face, he knew he was in trouble. I’ll text you later was all he said before he walked away. He suddenly despaired and regretted the times he had bullied Jack and the other outcasts in this high school. He was so dead and he knew it. Bullies were either raised as overly loved children, or those that didn’t have enough love. Robbie belonged to the second category and it was his dad that prevented him from having enough love. He wouldn’t tolerate giving him any leeway when it came to affection.
