A short story of a daughter's love and her mother's battle with dementia. The rose on the cover was a gift from her. I took the picture of this rose at about 5 AM in the month of November. It was cold that morning and I was surprised to see this beautiful rose, right at the top of her rose bush. I felt like she sent me this rose to remember her birthday. I miss her so very much. This story is a tribute to her and the life that she lived. I hope that it encourages those that are in this or similar situations.
