Isshin Ryu - Fact or Fiction

The focus of the Fact or Fiction series is not to plagiarize what is already out there. It does not focus on lineage charts of the like. We focus more on the actual application of the art into ones life. In Book One, we look at the hand and weapon kata. Not the physical application, as much as how the author has learned to apply it to his own life. We also examine the “Code of Isshin-Ryu” and take a look at some humor in the martial arts as well.
