They Race Me In The Streets is the next instalment from Wigan poet Shaun Fallows. It is full of stories and humour, following on from the first book, titled *Access‑Ability*. It looks at comedy, creative writing, family, maturing as a working‑class man, and how all these things intersect with disability. Written largely during the COVID pandemic, it is far from bleak, offering poems of energy, humour and joy during that confusing, difficult period.
