Kenny's Day at the Dentist

Sherri Grimes has over 20 years of experience in preventive health care. She has been an advocate for children’s oral healthcare and worked in urban educational settings in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan area.  In 2001 she was honored and recognized by the Virginia Community College Association and received the teacher of the year award in Allied Health. In 2014, Grimes created and founded KIDS Smiles Matter INC. Sherri is the voice for children needing dental care, nutrition and educational assistance. Her continued efforts in serving children in economically challenged communities through advocacy. Sherri has a master's degree in human services with a concentration in Counseling from Lincoln University. She is a member of the American Counseling Association and the Maryland Action Dental Coalition. She is also Member of Eta Iota Sigma Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc.
