Passion, creativity, emotion and audacity are our 4 watchwords. Introducing Michel.. Michel Del Noce is the photographer behind the lens. His adventure in photography began incongruously in 2016 when he was spending a stay with friends in magical London, particularly conducive to creativity. Thus, they began to take a few random photos with a smartphone, with the idea of capturing an emotion, a strong or surprising moment, in short, something meaningful. On his return to Genoa, Michel continued to explore this new facet of his artistic expression, always with a smartphone and in an amateur way, until his significant meeting with the woman who would become his wife, Serena. It was Serena who allowed Michel to go further in his exploration of photographic art, lending him his professional camera. ‘When I moved back to Genoa, I continued to take photos with my smartphone until I knew my wife who lent me her camera and suggested I try to use it. I really loved this change of medium and so I bought my own camera and started a course that lasted one year and gave me the basis to start this new adventure.’ At this precise moment in his photographic exploration, Michel still had no idea of what direction he wanted to take his art. It was then that Serena showed him all the beauty of portrait photography, which he discovered concretely through a photo session with her. Even today, during each of his shoots, Michel strives to establish with his models the same connection that he had the chance to feel with his wife Serena during his first shoot with her, and makes a point of honor to continue and deepen this connection with each of his models. ‘I knew it was what I was looking for during a photo session with her. I liked her and I like nowadays to create a connection with the model that goes beyond the shot, to have the opportunity of catching and freezing in a photo something that can talk.’
