Between Life and Death

BySonja Haid-Greene

Usually printed in 3 - 5 business days
Written in her own words, the author tells the true story about her family and life in Lithuania before World War II. She tells of her imprisonment and survival in the Traku ghetto in her hometown of Shavl, and later in the concentration camp of Dachau, Germany. Yet it was there that she met her future husband, found love and romance, human kindness and compassion within the terror, death and hopelessness surrounding her. From her entire family, she and her sister Chasia were the only ones to survive the Holocaust.
