Sonja is an enthusiastic, positive, strong and courageous woman who loves God. Drawing from her life story and own experience of a shattered childhood dream, she understands the emotional roller coaster that injustice, betrayal, loss and marriage breakdown can bring. She knows what it takes to adapt and overcome, tackle the new and embark on the journey to DREAM again. Sonja gets excited to see others grow and succeed and loves to mentor people in navigating through their challenges. It brings her joy to inspire, encourage and empower individuals to reach their God given purpose and potential in life, health and family. Having studied pastoral leadership at Bible College and working in the Fitness Industry for many years, she is very passionate about all things health, nutrition and a holistic lifestyle approach of Spirit, Mind and Body.
