Androgyne

It is done! He and she would return to the womb to become a holy sun. They would become one and indivisible, and see all mysteries naked and solved with their eyes and penetrate all causes and goals with God- eternal clarity and guide them and rule all of the earth and every being in the feeling of God: He-She! Androgyne! The radiance of her delicate, white hands flowed around him, the scent of her body flowed through him and in his soul the longing, alluring whisper rejoiced: “Come lover, come!” "Androgyne" was first published in 1900 and is one of the five novellas known as "The Pentateuch". They are "De Profundis"; "Androgyne"; "Vigilien"; Epipsychidion" and "Totenmasse". This little story is simply one of the most beautiful stories I have ever read and I hope to share it with others!
