Lyrics for Tilly

If you are an amateur or professional musician who has trouble writing lyrics, this book is for you. In my first volume I've included 15 of my lyrical poems. I feel that one of the most important components of a song is the words, the story it tells and the message it conveys is the body and the soul of the song. The melody is just as important, just learning to play a musical instrument takes a lot of time, patience and practice. Some artists are very accomplished musicians and they still have trouble writing their own lyrics. I’ve come to the conclusion that most musicians, amateur and professional alike, just want to write songs that they can call their own. Songs they can play for their friends, family, or lover. Included in Lyrics for Tilly, are lyrics about falling in love, lost love, and lyrics about Hobos. I’m confident that once you’ve written a few songs using my lyrics, you’ll be writing songs on your own. Until then you have 15 to work with, so lets write some new songs!
