Helping Anna

Veteran detective Leonard Stutz fails the departmental physical and is given one month to get in shape or lose his job. He learns his sister Anna, has problems. Her husband, one of those missing when the Twin Towers went down on 9-11 is being blamed for a large theft of money from his former employer. The company notifies the widow that her widow's benefits will be with held until the money is recovered. The missing sum is $1,000,000. She asks her brother for help.
