Drunkard's Path to the Upper Room

The angling steps of Drunkard’s Path, a traditional quilt design, is combined with the dramatic stripes of black and white with that pure shot of dark red. A multitude of stitches are used with a wide variety of threads to add interest and texture to create layers from a solid piece of canvas. It’s dynamic. Created by needlework designer Summer Louise Truswell, the design is stitched on Zweigart canvas using threads in black, white and red. Over 50 different stitches and their variations are included in the complete illustrated directions. 95 pages
