French born protagonist Yvonne Bakuna was raped by government officials at twelve years of age when she and her mother visited a family farm in Nigeria. She vowed to make those individuals pay for those abuses even if that meant the entire government.Fifteen years later as a seecret service agent she teams with Amari Okira, leader of the People's Movement to help poor people in Nigeria by negotiating better conditions with the government. Yvonne and Amari develop a dangerous plan to accomplish their objective. Stolen crude hidden in the Delta is shipped to China in exchange for arms to be used as bargaining chips with the goverment.
