Mobilizing Information to Prevent Terrorism: Accelerating Development of a Trusted Information Sharing Environment

This report from the Markle Task Force on National Security in the Information Age provides guidance to address the challenges of implementing an information sharing environment and discussion of the policies, technologies, and government processes that will be required.
