Unitary Spirituality

Unitary Spirituality is a book of essays exploring an understanding of Spirituality that is based on our current understanding of Science, especially Neuroscience, and equally on the core concepts of secular Buddhism. It also relies on ideas from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs. The notion of God in these essays follows the Einstein/Spinoza approach where God is the Universe in its physical, spiritual, and abstract forms. In this view, we are all, in a very natural way, Agents of God!
