The Litter Monsters

The Litter Monsters is about a young girl, Vicky, who always throws her rubbish on the ground instead of in the bin. One day she is told about the litter monsters, who rise up out of litter to terrorise everyone. But will this make Vicky change her ways? The Litter Monsters is a story about respecting the environment and the community. It is a picture book aimed at children from age 7. Its sinister subject matter may be a little scary for some young readers, but it works well as a beautiful cautionary tale, and it does have a happy ending.
