Sharing the Word of God

This “book of notes” is based on selected scripture readings and has been compiled by a group of parishioners from the archdiocese of Gatineau Quebec. It is intended to foster and nourish a faith community, by sharing the Word of God and the insights of Father “Bill” Marrevee, a parish priest there. For the most part, these are the notes that routinely guided many of Father Bill's Sunday homilies and parish bulletin inserts. They have been put together as a contribution to the celebration of the 50th Anniversary of his ordination to the priesthood. Father Bill has been described as “one of the best sacramental theologians on this continent”. His theological and pastoral reflections are offered now in “Sharing the Word of God”.
