Yvonne Stephens is a chef, former fitness instructor and world-traveler. She earned her culinary science degree from the Art Institute of Philadelphia. Stephens works as a freelance chef, food stylist, and author, who spends all her free time visiting new places, trying new cuisines to learning about healthy, delicious eating.
She is in the process to building a cooking school in Tequisquiapan, Mexico.
Her passion for cooking comes from both her grandmother and mother, who cooked traditional Dutch meals every day. Her first book “Amazing 7 Minute Meals” is based on traditional world cuisines, which she has transformed quick and easy-to-prepare stir-fry meals.
For this book she traveled to 28 countries.
