Erik T. Jones, M.S, Ph.D. is a Board Certified Industrial-Organizational (I-O)Psychologist and is a member of the California and American Psychological Associations. He is currently a Master Sergeant (E-8) in the Active duty Army with over 19 years of service. He plans on retirement and is currently laying the groundwork for his own I-O Firm overseas.
