Badrul Kiyani is an author based in Auckland, New Zealand. After going through a difficult pregnancy in 2012, she decided to write a book about her entire experience. In this day and age miss-carriages, stillborns and terminations are a taboo subject that many mothers are reluctant to talk about in public in the fear of being judged and disregarded in the society.
