Brett Ramseyer teaches language arts in West Michigan. In 2013 Ramseyer earned a National Semi-finalist nod from the Norman Mailer Writing Award for High School Teachers in Creative Non-fiction that is included in WITH HONORS: CREATION. Since then he has published with Montana Mouthful, Silver Needle Press, the Peregrine Journal, Chaleur Magazine and Sixfold.
