C.P.T. Jennings spent the first half of her life in the mountains of Appalachia but has been based in New York City for most of the past 25 years. She is resident artist for the Great Arab Revolt Project, a World War I archaeological project in Southern Jordan, and has worked in Morocco, France, and Britain, as well as the United States. She has published two books: the novel A Conspiracy of Goodness, and a personal history titled Amazon in Arabic.
