Philip Cheung
Philip Cheung was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was raised in a family without any religious affiliation, but he later entered the Catholic Church in 2003. Philip pursued undergraduate and graduate studies in the fields of neuroscience, religion, and psychology and was awarded degrees by Temple University and Millersville University of Pennsylvania. Philip spent his time in diverse settings, from lecture halls and classrooms to research labs and clinical settings, and served as educator, administrator, researcher, and mental health professional. When asked which role he identifies most with, Philip smiled and replied, “Beloved son of the Father.” In his free time Philip enjoys praying, sharing his faith with others, reading, writing, spending time with family and friends, and meeting and getting to know new people. Philip is currently in seminary formation pursuing the Catholic priesthood.
