I am a UK Psychologist, with Criminal Law (Institute of Psychology, University of Kent) and I studied Human Factors Engineering at the University of Birmingham UK. In the 1980s with my psychotherapy training I brought the first stress management courses into the City of London and these are encapsulated in my book The Business of Learning to Relax at www.bibbypublishing.com. I have lectured in mainland Europe and in 1998 and 2004 I put my academic paper "Autism - A Conditioned Response to Biochemical Toxicity? on the www.bibbypublishing.com website. In the 1990's I joined The Academy of Experts (Court Experts at the UK Courts) and I sat on the Committee which produced the Model Medical Expert Report Form for use in the UK Court System. Since then my interest has been in the Defamation Bill which is being considered in the UK Parliament and how the Defence of Privilege should be amended to give patients the right of legal action over proven defamation in medical records.
