As a scholar Fausto Cercignani has published, among other things, "Shakespeare’s Works and Elizabethan Pronunciation" (Clarendon Press, Oxford, 1981). As a poet he has published a number of poetry collections as well as scattered verse in various periodicals and anthologies.
