Judi Davis was born in Wheatland, WY six months, to the day, after Pearl Harbor. She grew up in East Wenatchee, WA. The place her heart still calls home. Many of her stories reflect that homeland from whatever age she was at the time of the story. At twenty-two, Judi moved to Seattle, WA. In 1986, she moved to Tacoma, WA. That move allowed her to continue her interior decorating business and still be home with her youngest child. In all of her years on the northwest coast of Washington, the only place that felt like home was the University of Washington, Tacoma campus where at 63 she finally got the education that her soul had always craved. Education fired her need to put black hieroglyphics on a blank white computer screen. The two books offered here are a portion of the results. Judi writes of simple things in simple ways; she is an author of courage as she shares her life’s happiness, heartbreak, and opinions in a way that draws the reader into her world.
