I am a writer from London, UK, now living in Paris, France. The King of Losers is my first novel. It has seemingly taken years to write. It would not have been possible without endless cups of coffee in various cafés around the world. My favourite coffee is a flat white, closely followed by an espresso. A brioche or a pain au chocolat to go alongside said drink has also massively helped churn out the words. Other things I'm a fan of include Ingmar Bergman, Japan, palm trees, Jon Stewart, Gauntlet, Jean Dubuffet and purple pens. I am currently working on my second novel.
