William McNeal is a veteran of the United States Army with 22 years of invested service. He entered the military directly from Kansas City, Missouri after graduating high school in 1983. After advancing through the ranks, he achieved the top noncommissioned officer rank of Sergeant Major. He attended all leadership courses commensurate with his rank and position. His cultural experience and assignments were Fort Bragg, North Carolina; Illesheim, Germany; Fort Polk, Louisiana; Savannah, Georgia; and Hanau, Germany. Deployments included Operations Desert Storm, Iraq; Joint Endeavor, Bosnia Herzegovina; Enduring Freedom, Afghanistan; and Iraqi Freedom, Iraq. After Retiring from the military, William taught high school . His educational achievement includes a Bachelors of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies, Master of Science in Psychology, and postgraduate studies (all but dissertation) in Organizational Psychology.
