Lauren has been writing poetry for most of her life, starting as a young child. She writes with her heart and soul, laying herself out for the world to see. Unafraid to tackle hard emotional topics, Lauren presents them in ways that are meant to bring a new level of understanding. Lauren currently lives in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada with her two dogs Dax and Harley. She divides her time between writing and studying, with time taken for reading her favourite poets.
