MariaLiza Navarro was born and raised in Cebu, Philippines. Growing up there, she was surrounded by stories of the horrors suffered by innocent young girls and women sold into prostitution and slavery. MariaLiza began writing in 2010, and eventually decided it was time to publish her work of fiction, based on true events, as she believes that the voices of these young girls and women need to be heard, which is what inspired her to write her "Faith Trilogy" You Brought Me Faith, You Shattered My World and The Betrayal Of Love. If she can help even one person who has fallen into abuse, drugs and prostitution, to break free, then every effort she have spent to write and publish the trilogy is worth it. Currently she is writing her 4th novel.
