My name is Mark Cisper and I have been a writer since my senior year in high school. It was in the year 1991 that I found my love for the word art of poetry. I am and shall always consider myself a poet as opposed to a novelist. Sadly though my ability to compose my poetry became a little more complicated. You can say, that over the past ten years I have suffered from what I like to refer to as a Creative Coma. One of the first things I did to try to maintain my creativity was to try something new in the waning days of 2003. The idea was to try to write a novel; even if it was a very badly written one. I did it with three purposes in mind; ironically I accomplished all three in three months. The three goals in nutshell was write something different, write it to completion, and perhaps spark a bit of creativity in my poetry. 2004-2013: These are the years of my Coma; occasionally getting little sparks of ideas.
