As the head of AIM Funds’ European and Canadian investments, and the founder of his own global hedge fund, he successfully piloted his funds into the top tier of performers. He now has a new investment emphasis. Whereas changes in interest rates dictated much of the past 40 years of investment returns, now interest rates are historically very low and can’t be used in the traditional way to raise economic growth.
