Pierre Hilaire is a Behavior Intervention Specialist for a Florida School District and has over 30 years experience in the field of developmental disabilities. Pierre also trains Teachers and District Leadership in behavior and disabilities. He is also a Certfified Youth Mental Health Trainer for the National Council for Behavioral Health. Pierre is certified in Exceptional Student Education and is also a certified PCMA trainer on the use of restraint and seclusion.
