Born July 15, 1958 in Fairbanks, Alaska, at the time still a territory but was claimed the first set of twins born in the new sate of Alaska, with his twin sister. When he was six months old, the family move back to Colorado. Graduating High school in 1976, college in 1980, 1985 and 1987 and completing more then 20 years of military service receiving degrees, honors, Sustained Superior Perfomance and certifications in electrical engineering, aircraft maintenance, construction engineering and law.
