Dave Attrill is a self-published author based Sheffield UK. His debut crime novel 'Playground', has already seen strong sales with 100 copies now sold since the book's release in August 2011. Dave also has a new free E-book mini-thriller entitled 'Whiff of Suspicion' available for a limited time - a new item called 'Black Ivy' will upload soon. In April 2013, Dave release his first poetry / prose anthology 'Battenberg and Brain Damage' which will be followed by second full-length Novel 'Fiona later in the year. Dave who was born in Maidstone, Kent in 1977 has been writing for many years and created a wide roster of material, including drama fiction, comedy, prose, and poetry as well as reviewing for a rock music webzine. He reads regularly at open mic literary events across Sheffield, Chestefield, Doncaster and Rotherham where his often offbeat material has seen him him gain growing popularity throughout the last two years to present.
