Brian Schiltz is the Pitmaster and Founder of Smokesouth. He is a two time winner of the "Top Hand" award at the Texas Steak Cookoff, a 2010 Signature Chef as featured by the March of Dimes, and has won several awards while competing professionally in the Kansas City Barbeque Society. Brian's influence in cuisine are heavily based in the south including Charleston, SC, Texas, and Atlanta.
