About
Stephen Sposato
Stephen Sposato spent twenty plus years as an international economist working primarily in Africa and Eastern Europe. As an American graduate student in Belgium he wrote the original novella Conversations With Marcel. The sequel, which this book includes, was written recently now that he is retired and has the leisure to contemplate the characters' fate. More recently, A Tough Road to Hoe, highlights the travails of human history from the point of view of those who lived it. Several short stories are also available for free download filled with lessons and laughs. A Destination Funeral, though at times tongue-in-cheek, is a very serious discourse on our time, through the lens of one who lived them fully. Stephen's one non-fiction book Radio: A Post Nine-Eleven Strategy for Reaching The World's Poor, co-authored with Wm. A. Smith, a well known radio programmer, was the fruit of his career in development and is available on Amazon.com, published by University Press of America.
