Mathes Vaughan is currently an eighth grader at The Lovett School in Atlanta, GA. She lives with her mom and dad and two sisters. This is her first novel. She has gone to Camp Merrie-Woode in Sapphire, North Carolina for six summers, and is going for her seventh this summer.
