Susie-Sue Ramsey wrote RV On Me as a tribute to our British Armed Forces. Her interest in military history melded irresistibly with her off-centre sense of humour, and inevitably led to characters who 'wrote themselves' and operate in a wacky, surreal world. She is a member of several military associations, being committed to helping those who have served their country, and enjoys both the warmth of their company and their caustic humour. Having held senior Human Resources positions in several major corporate organisations, her appreciation of HR protocols is acute, as is her ability to see the funny side. Despite RV On Me being a comedy, it is written with great affection for the Armed Forces, and is dedicated to them, and to her late father, who served in the RAF. @SusieSueRamsey
