Susy Ridout is a mentor, author, researcher and trainer in the fields of neurodiversity, autism and sexual violence. Her work is rooted in personal experience, and she carries this forward into her practice. Her work ethos is to involve others with some shared identities in the production of resources, and to date this may be seen either in the writing itself or the illustrations produced by illustrators working with her.
