Mrs. Tracey E. Croom, Founder of You 1st, LLC- An Image Development Firm and author of “Etiquette Within & Without”, is a wife and mother of four children. Mrs. Croom has worked in the area of behavioral development in youth for more than 15 years. She holds a degree in Art & Design, with a minor in Art Education. Mrs. Croom has furthered her professional development and course accreditations through Rutgers University, and University Behavioral Health Care focusing on the Adolescent Brain and Psychology. It is her desire to provide hope, purpose, & direction to the neglected, disruptive, and at risk youth, and build support for them and those that provide care for them. In 2010 Mrs. Croom received, a Senate Citation issued by Senator Diane Allen for “Outstanding work for Prevention’s Plus' TEAM Youth Alcohol Prevention Coalition”.
